BigTIFF (often referred to as TIFF64) is an extension of the classic TIFF format designed to break the 4GB file size barrier. It uses 64-bit offsets instead of 32-bit, allowing for files up to 18,000 petabytes.
Standard TIFF uses 32-bit integers for file offsets, limiting the file size to 2^32 bytes (4GB). BigTIFF changes the internal structure to use 64-bit integers. It is not backward compatible with older TIFF readers that only understand 32-bit offsets.
Developed to address the needs of geospatial and medical imaging, where single images often exceed 4GB. It is supported by LibTIFF starting from version 4.0.

WBMP (Wireless Bitmap) is a monochrome graphics file format optimized for mobile computing devices using the Wireless Application Protocol (WAP). It was designed for the extremely limited bandwidth and display capabilities of early 2000s feature phones.
A WBMP file is an uncompressed sequence of bits with a minimal variable-byte integer header usually encoding generic type (0), width, and height. It supports only 1-bit color (black and white). There is no compression, palette, or gray scale.
